China Urges Enhanced Economic Trade Talks with US

China's Ministry of Commerce has recently underscored the importance of fostering stable economic relations with the United States through ongoing dialogue and consultations.
During a regular press briefing, ministry spokesperson He Yadong highlighted the necessity of further leveraging the economic and trade consultation mechanisms between the two nations. He called for enhanced communication to ensure the healthy, stable, and sustainable development of their bilateral economic ties.
He emphasized that both countries should adhere to the significant consensus established by their respective heads of state, along with the results of prior economic and trade discussions.
Since last year, guided by the agreements reached, China and the United States have conducted six rounds of economic and trade consultations. These discussions have generated various outcomes that contribute to increased stability and certainty not only in their bilateral relations but also for the global economy.
Spokesperson He noted that these consultations have proven effective in addressing differences and resolving issues through mutual respect and equitable dialogue.
The Chinese Ministry of Commerce's emphasis on dialogue reflects a broader strategy to stabilize international relations amid fluctuating economic conditions globally.
As both nations continue to engage, the focus on constructive communication may set the stage for more collaborative economic policies, potentially benefiting both domestic economies and international markets.
