Eligible passengers can request involuntary changes or refunds for these unused segments through the original ticket purchase channels within the ticket’s validity period, as stated by CMG.

As part of this initiative, refunds and the first change for affected tickets will be processed free of charge. This effort is designed to provide greater flexibility to travelers who may need to alter their plans due to the regional situation.
